Our In-villa services in Chania

A warm welcome to an authentic experience

From the moment you arrive at your villa, you are given a warm welcome and a brief orientation tour with information on the area and the local facilities. Take some time to browse our information folder, the brochures and restaurant recommendations or the free booklets for self-guided walks and tours.

 

With the aim to offer our guests a hotel experience, we offer a light daily cleaning (except weekends) to ensure you relax more during your holiday in Crete.

Every time you need further assistance during your stay, our villa staff is only one phone call away to accommodate even last minute requests.

Starting with our pre-arrival questionnaire for first time guests where we gather valuable information to create an individualised home-away-from-home experience with the right mix of surprise, comfort and familiarity.

 

Welcome hamper villa service

After a long flight and a car drive, the last thing you wish is to get back in the car and drive to the next supermarket for supplies. So for your convenience upon your check-in you shall receive a complimentary welcome hamper with breakfast essentials (sugar, coffee, tea, eggs, butter, sliced bread, milk, homemade jam, traditional cookies, cake), seasonal fruits and a complimentary bottle of white.

Cleaning service

A clean and tidy house is one of life’s luxuries, especially when travelling with babies and small children. With that in mind we offer a daily light clean service of 30min (tidying up, dusting, kitchen and bathrooms, emptying trash bins) between 10.30am to 13.00pm. Sheets and towels are changed twice weekly and pool towels are changed once a week.

Technical Support service

Our on-site manager visits the villas and inspects the premises on a daily basis. In case you face technical issues with the Wi-Fi reception or any of the home appliances, he is just one phone call away.

Chef on Demand villa service

A romantic candlelit dinner, grandparents’ 50th anniversary, kids intimate birthday or just an excuse to taste an authentic Cretan supper: whatever the reason, our dedicated chef or a local cook can prepare for you a carefully set menu – after discussing with you allergies or/and restrictions – or work together for the perfect al fresco dinner.

Packed Lunches service

We have joined forces with a reputable catering service in the area who has prepared weekly 3-course menus based on local cuisine for every day of the week. You can either choose the menu of a single day or for the entire week at a discount. All meals will arrive packed with love and care and you can eat right away or save them for later.

Dining-in villa service

Just like room service in a hotel, now you can have dinner from a local restaurant without lifting a finger – or maybe just to pick up the phone – at the privacy of your own villa. You will probably spend more time deciding on the items than waiting for your order to come thanks to a quick and efficient service.

Pic-nic basket service

Whether you are looking for a romantic spot for two or want to spend a day on the beach with your family, we provide a picnic hamper filled with local delicacies, glassware and flatware, a blanket and a cooler bag. Alternatively, you can find in each villa a large cooler bag and bottle cooler to fill with supplies for a day at the beach!
